Day 2-6: Days of Devotion and Reflection :

– These days are dedicated to personal growth and spiritual enrichment, allowing for a profound connection with your faith.
Day 4: Cultural Exploration
– Alongside regular Ibadah, embark on an optional sightseeing journey, exploring the rich history and cultural significance of Makkah.
Day 7: Transition to Madinah
– Bid farewell to Makkah as you check out from your hotel.
– Transition to the peaceful city of Madinah and check into your hotel, preparing for the next phase of your spiritual journey.
Day 8-13: Embracing Serenity in Madinah :
– Continue with regular Ibadah in Madinah, embracing the serenity and sacredness of the Prophet’s city.
– These days offer a chance to reflect and seek deeper understanding of your spiritual journey.
Day 11: Discovering Madinah
– Engage in another optional sightseeing opportunity to explore the historical and cultural landmarks of
Madinah, complementing your spiritual experience.
Day 14: Homeward Bound :
– Conclude your extraordinary journey with a heart full of peace as you check out from your Madinah hotel.
– Transfer to Madinah/Jeddah Airport, carrying with you memories and spiritual insights that will last a lifetime.
This 14-day itinerary is a tentative plan designed for a group tour. While we aim to adhere to the outlined schedule, please note that it is subject to adjustments as needed.
Hotel Distance Information : The distance of hotels from Haram Shareef & Masjid-e-Nabawi might be different than stated. We measure from the outer border of these holy sites.
Tour Dates and Program : Please note that the tour dates and programs are planned but can change. We will inform you if there are any changes.
Airport Services : Our services start from either Jeddah or Madinah Airport.
Room Arrangements in Hotels : In Makkah & Madina Hotels: Double Room has 2 normal beds; Triple Room has 3 normal beds; Quad Room has 3 normal beds plus 1 extra bed; Quint Room has 3 normal beds plus 2 extra beds.
Cost and Currency Exchange : The tour cost is based on the exchange rate of SAR (Saudi Riyal) to BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) at 30/-. If there’s a change in exchange rates before your departure, we’ll adjust the price accordingly.
Requirements for Booking : Your Bangladeshi passport should be valid for at least 6 months with a minimum of 2 blank pages.
Booking Policy :
– To book your tour, pay at least BDT 50,000/- per person.
– The remaining amount should be paid before we issue your ticket.
– You can book by depositing money in our bank account online, or by paying cash or cheque to our agent.
– If you book through our Authorized Sales Agent or Representative, the price remains the same. For cash payments, please make sure to pay at our Dhaka head office and get an official receipt.
– If the payment procedure is not followed, we cannot guarantee your booking.
Cancellation Policy : If you cancel your booking, the following charges apply:
– BDT. 15,000/- per person is non-refundable, 15 Days before from departure date.
– 50% of the tour cost if cancelled between 10 to 14 days before departure.
– No refund if cancelled within 10 days of departure.
– Date Change Fee: BDT. 10,000/- per person plus any fare difference (Not valid for Group Ticket). This applies if changes are made between 15 to 30 days before departure. If changes are made later, the standard cancellation policy applies.
